These Terms and Conditions outline the agreement between you (“the client”) and Jillian Churchill, Professional Celebrant at Celebrant Company (“the celebrant”). By confirming your booking, you agree to the following terms.
1. Provisional Booking
A provisional booking will reserve your chosen date for 7 days. If Booking Fee is not received within this period, the date will be released and made available for other clients to book.
2. Firm Booking
A firm booking is confirmed upon receipt of a non-refundable Booking Fee equal to 50% of the total agreed fee (or an agreed amount). Once this non-refundable Booking Fee is received, your date will be secured, and no other events will be booked for that day.
